Our Custom Arc Flash Blankets are engineered to provide an additional layer of protection for personnel working around energized electrical equipment. Designed using site-specific information collected during the quotation process, each blanket is manufactured to the dimensions and requirements of the application.
Constructed from durable arc-resistant aramid materials, these blankets are designed to help reduce worker exposure to arc flash hazards by providing a protective barrier over or around energized components, equipment, and work areas. Custom sizing allows the blankets to be tailored for switchgear, transformers, buswork, substations, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and other electrical installations.
Available in a wide range of custom sizes and configurations, each blanket is designed to meet the unique requirements of the application and can be engineered to comply with applicable arc flash performance standards, including ASTM F2676 and ASTM F3272.
